The Great Return

And I’m back in Seattle. Oregon was pretty sweet. The coast is really awesome and camping is cheap ($12 a night and free hot showers!) It was a pretty laid back break
We had diso party fun time showers. We climbed giant rocks and roots and martianesque landscapes. We had a sneaky squirrel hop in our car. We were overwhelmed by farm animals. We got cabin fever in the yurt. We ate tasty ice cream with super fresh waffle cones. We climbed through giant towers, cells, body parts, and slides. We hiked and picniced and saw 9 waterfalls. We explored an abandoned structure by the water. We found a secret garden. We made awesome steak. We sat on little cliffs and ate dinosaurs, among other things.

So, overall a pretty awesome way to spend 9 days of not working or worrying about anything related to school or work. And it was really nice being able to enjoy all of that with Zach, who was awesome despite having to drive the whole way.

And I ate too much considering how lazy I’ve been all break. All my pants are fitting quite a bit snugger now. Time to start running again, which should be easier to get back into this quarter with my mornings being open for the most part and it being spring and all.
