Domestic Details
So the past week has been pretty good. Getting lots of use out of our big new table. We had a nice sized dinner gathering last Monday and a small gathering last night (where we rocked the Settlers of Catan). We seem to have people over for dinner quite a bit, and I really like that. I’m not sure if it’s just because I grew up in a house that was constantly full of people but I like a full house. I can’t imagine just living by myself for more than a couple of weeks.
Allyson moved out last week too, so sad to see her room all empty. I was going to have a girl sublet the room for a month but she flaked out on me at the very last minute. And now I don’t really want to bother trying to find someone to stay for less than the month, so I’m making it work. I guess now I am technically living by myself. The perks of living alone (naked time and louder music) are nice but I’m glad Angelo will be moving in soon.
